A very warm welcome from the team in Darjeeling. Very good Hotels with the best prices. A clean decent cab for local sight seeing and transportation with skilled and well-mannered drivers. In my case it was WagonR 2018 and WagonR 2019-20 model. We enjoyed the ride every day. The trip agent was in contact regularly in case of any query and inconvenience. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value About 9 months after the lockdown, I decided to get closer to nature. My husband and I decided to take a trip to Sikkim in November, which was booked in April. We go around like this every year. But during the Corona period, such wandering was out of questions. We traveled to Siliguri, Kalingapam, Gangtok, Pelling, Darjeeling. The beauty of nature, its grandeur, fresh air, extreme cold… all are just amazing. Number of tourists is negligible. So Corona risk was very low,what I thought. Our all arrangments had done by Trip Rising. Jubita had come to greet us at the airport in Siliguri. After that, Sushmita met Gangtok. Jubita and Sushmita run the company. Their third partner is in Nepal. During the 12-days trip, they provided us with good hotels, good cars, and a driver. Besides, from time to time, they were also making inquiries about all are going well, on the phone. These people are very caring also. Our experience of trip rising is very good.
